每个人都活在自己构建的truth之中，同时认知也局限在里面，因此难以理解他人的行为合理在哪。

与人争论的时候不应该在别人的叙事框架里进行反驳，每个人的观点在某个角度来看都是有一定合理性的，所以应该部分肯定他的角度然后提出自己的角度的观点即可，如果在他的框架里论事最终只会纠缠不清，嘴上的谈论是很难完全证伪的。

如果仍然继续杠，坚持己见的话那就没必要继续谈下去了，不是人人都会先尝试改变自己。
